All sales are FINAL for all products, including PREORDERS.
Any cancellation requests must be sent via email to email@example.com prior to shipment.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We do not offer refunds when prices go down in the same sense that we will never invoice our customers if the prices go up. Pre-Order cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Once the shipment has been processed, you must open a return using the below guidelines.
All returns require approval, are analyzed on a case-by-case basis, and are decided by us. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back merchandise, as we will not accept refused packages as valid returns.
Any issues related to mispacks, misprints, or other manufacturing issues with trading card game products must be resolved by contacting the Manufacturer directly, and we will require an escalation or ticket number from the Manufacturer to review the evidence.
Minor imperfections in shrink wrap and product packaging may occur and do not qualify for a refund/replacement. Booster boxes may have cosmetic defects such as dents, which do not affect the integrity of the trading cards and will not qualify them for a refund/replacement.
We will accept return requests only within 7 days of delivery (except for pre-orders that are final) on products that are unopen, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Any request made after 7 days from the delivery date will be denied.
Lost package claims need to be made immediately upon notice of delivery, as any time delays will affect the possibility of recovering a misdelivery. All lost package claims are accompanied by a shipper investigation and insurance claim, and no refunds are awarded unless one of these sources pays out. Lost package claims made after the 7-day grace period will be denied.
We do not cover shipping costs on returns and will not reimburse the original shipping cost. If you are returning an item due to an error on our end, we will reimburse return shipping costs (USPS ground only) after the item has been received.
If an item was sent to you (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy. Opened products will be treated as an acceptance of the order "as-is" & a partial refund will be issued if the product you accept is less than what you paid.
We do not offer refunds or reimbursements for any shipping delays, as once orders leave our warehouse we have no control over them. We also do not offer refunds or reimbursements for cosmetic damages that do not affect the actual integrity of the product, as the only recourse available for collecting damages directly involves the shipper receiving the damaged product & destroying it.
Refunds are issued once the items are received and inspected.
Refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of 5%. This applies both for returns and order cancellations.
Once issued, refunds take 3-5 business days to post back to the original payment method used at checkout.
