When you purchase a preorder item, you are securing a new product before it releases.
We fulfill preorders in the order that they were placed- the earlier you order, the faster you will receive the item. This also locks you in at that preorder price, for better or for worse.
Cancelled preorders will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee, and forfeiture of the priority of the order.

All sale prices listed on our website are based on the online market, so the price you see is typically already price matched, and usually is lower than the price you may see from another online retailer.

In short, no- we are unable to hold, or reserve, products. We guarantee that we will have enough of our newest, hot products available for everyone, but we cannot hold items or guarantee their stock due to the high demand of our products.
We are currently collecting sales tax for orders shipped to the following states;
Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
All of our in-store inventory is listed online, so the best way to check if we have a specific product you're shopping for is to either search for the name of the product using our search engine or visiting the corresponding product's collection page.
We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States at the cost of $7 per package and for free on orders more than $60. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days from the date of the initial scan. All orders are shipped exactly as they are placed, so we recommend submitting orders exactly as you'd like them to be packaged. Requests to have multiple shipments will be subject to a $7 fee for each additional package requested.
Standard shipping refers to the most economical option we have, which is usually either USPS Parcel Select Ground or First Class Mail, and increases in priority based on weight.
If you'd prefer to use a specific shipping service, please reach out to us via email so we can calculate the total cost to ship using your selected carrier and send the invoice.
We do not ship to freight forwarders and international mailboxes and require a physical address to fully process & ship your order. We may request that an updated, US-based shipping address be provided.
We have special shipping rates for Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, and New Zealand.
The receiver is solely responsible for any import or customs fees, and the actual cost to ship products is always higher than our premiums, so we do not offer refunds on regular or combined orders' shipping costs.
Order cancellations are initiated by reaching out to us directly as our website does not currently support cancellations from the customer's account. All orders are final, non-refundable, and will be subject to a restocking or return fee. Please reach out to email@example.com to initiate the cancellation.
Yes! We pay cash for your cards! We will buy any card from Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, Dragon Ball Super, Yu-Gi-Oh or Cardfight Vanguard, so long as the lowest listed value for that card on TCGplayer.com is at least $1. We do not buy damaged or foreign cards, and we buy cards at the following times;
Monday-Friday: 12pm - 8pm
Saturday-Sunday: 12pm - 6pm
We do not value PSA-graded cards higher than the lowest listed value for the corresponding condition on TCGPlayer.
We do not offer appraising as a service. We will accept any trading card from a game we carrythat you're willing to sell to us and give you a cash and credit offer, but our offers will be based off the lowest listed value of the card, and will not count as an appraisal. If you are curious about what we base our credit and cash offers off of, you can visit TCGPlayer.com to get an idea of what the card is worth in the corresponding condition.
The best way to sell your cards would be to stop by our store with all of the cards removed from binders or sleeves. If you have a small collection (less than 100 cards), feel free to stop by whenever- if you're selling a large collection (more than 100 cards), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can schedule an appointment for your card buy. We use card scanning software that combs TCGplayer.com and calculates the lowest listed value for that card, in real-time. We offer 45% - 65% for cards in cash, CashApp, Zelle, or Paypal. The funds are handed to you immediately! In the event that a check is needed, we will have a cashier's check available to you within the next 1-2 business days from the trade.
We typically follow the system that most players in North American use, and that is Near mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played. We do not typically buy cards in Heavily Played or Damaged condition. We consider cards with any ink or paint on them to be damaged.
Players enter our weekly scheduled tournaments with store credit or cash. 100% of collected entries are put into the prize pool. The top 4/8 will receive prize support. We often run special events on the weekend where prizes range from cash to motorcycles. ( one time we gave away a 2006 Kawasaki ZZR 600 )
You earn store credit through tournaments, trading in your TCG singles & placing orders online. You can use store credit in-store or online.
